Ruth Morales combines the best of her heritage’s flavors with what she loves most from Japan to create Jalapeño Dragon.
It all started in her own home kitchen where she built her fan base roll by roll. Ruth soon realized that she had a sizable following and it was time to open her own restaurant in downtown Mesa.
The best ingredients, unique flavor combinations, made fresh when ordered, and served in our amazing location — that’s our menu. Jalapeño Dragon brings its unique take on the sushi roll to the people of Arizona. For the best introduction experience, order two or three rolls and share with your friends.
Love Mexican food but get a little nervous when your foodie friends talk about sushi? Most Jalapeño Dragon rolls do not feature raw fish. We also make a great taco and burrito if you’re only into those.
